As Lyme patients, we often hear that it's common for us to be Type A personalities with perfectionist tendencies. I definitely have my moments, but I also came to terms with the fact that perfection doesn't exist. We need to be gentle with ourselves, especially when we are healing. Grant yourself a little grace and try again tomorrow.
