Before you criticize ask yourself what you've contributed. When people introduce their creativity to the world, it is a huge risk. If someone is brave enough to show a piece of themselves, don't criticize. Even if the work of creativity is not your taste, use it as inspiration to open yourself up and be vulnerable. Let's all become contributors.
