Sometimes we treat ourselves like we feel we deserve to be treated based on our past. Healing is about learning to treat ourselves and others with kindness. The more you value yourself, the more you will use your voice to get what you need in order to heal.
"Healing Words" is an ongoing series with the intention of once a day shifting focus away from suffering and onto healing. Healing is a daily practice of listening to your inner voice and turning pain into purpose.
