Every morning I meditate and then read a list of positive affirmations to set the tone for my day. I'm not perfect in this practice and when I miss days I can tell a difference. Starting off on the right foot sets off a chain reaction in your day and keeps your focus on the positive. Negative things may happen, but you can call upon your positive thoughts from the morning and make things a little easier. What are your thoughts on these healing words?
