Transformative events in our lives are like a rebirth. We will never be the same again, so we must take time to adjust to our new self. It takes both self-compassion and external support. You may find that one day you don't feel like doing anything, and that's because you need time to catch up to the massive shift that took place.
Healing Words is an ongoing series with the intention of once a day shifting focus away from suffering and onto healing. Healing is a daily practice of listening to your inner voice and turning pain into purpose.
