New beginnings, like New Year's Day, the start of a school year, spring, moving across the country, or even getting a haircut, are a wonderful time to assess progress and regroup. New beginnings happen every day in the when we wake up in the morning and with every choice we make throughout the day. We don't have to wait for a big change to have a new beginning, we just have to make a decision.

Healing Words is an ongoing series with the intention of once a day shifting focus away from suffering and onto healing. Healing is a daily practice of listening to your inner voice and turning pain into purpose.
Please feel free to share words that have helped you heal or your thoughts on these healing words.
