Practice removing limiting beliefs from your inner dialogue and conversations. Remember there are very few things you can't do. Throughout your day take notice of ways you limit yourself by using words like "never," "I can't..." and "I don't have enough (time, money, energy)." You'll be surprised by how often you use these words. Start catching yourself in these moments and thinking and speak only without limits.
Healing Words is an ongoing series with the intention of once a day shifting focus away from suffering and onto healing. Healing is a daily practice of listening to your inner voice and turning pain into purpose.
