We have a limited amount of energy in a day. Often we spend it on things that aren't important. It's not our fault--our attention is pulled in a million different directions. What's important is to become aware of where our energy is going and make small adjustments to put it in the right places. Less energy on: social media, television, video games, being right, and negativity. More energy on: family, friends, health, passions, and giving back.
