I recently had the opportunity to be a guest on the Wellness Crossing podcast. The host and I discussed how traveling helped us determine a place where we would thrive. For me this led to a cross country move to be more immersed in nature. You don't have to travel long distances or move to go on an adventure--you can experiment in your own surroundings. Maybe you will discover a nearby park has a healing energy for you. Maybe taking a pottery class will help you meet people with shared values and interests. You must go out of your comfort zone to find what is right for you.
Today's words are from unknown.
Healing Words is an ongoing series with the intention of once a day shifting focus away from suffering and onto healing. Healing is a daily practice of listening to your inner voice and turning pain into purpose.
Please feel free to share words that have helped you heal or your thoughts on these healing words.
