The more you understand you are unique in this world, the less you will compare yourself to others. With the endless supply of social media posts of other people doing amazing things, ask yourself if you would really exchange your life with someone else's. Usually the answer is no. Then, take a minute to be grateful for your individuality, accomplishments, and the sacred space you hold.
