Our story is the most powerful tool we have to heal ourselves and others. That story is our hero's journey and when we reach the other side we must use our story to help others through the dark night of the soul. Don't be ashamed of any of the chapters in your story. Even the dark times are what made you who you are today. Tell your story, the whole story, and watch how it helps others develop the courage to tell their own.
