The best strategy I've found for dealing with difficult people is to follow this advice from Deepak Chopra and remember that not everyone has the same level of self-awareness and consciousness. It also reminds me that there are probably times when I lack self-awareness and don't act from my most conscious self. It's a good reminder that we can all do better.
Today's words are from Deepak Chopra, author of The Healing Self: A Revolutionary New Plan to Supercharge Your Immunity and Stay Well for Life.
Healing Words is an ongoing series with the intention of once a day shifting focus away from suffering and onto healing. Healing is a daily practice of listening to your inner voice and turning pain into purpose.
