Poem:

Fire and Ice
by Robert Frost

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.

Encouragement:

In difficult times, turn to writing. It will show up for you again and again.

Quote:
"You don't start out writing good stuff. You start out writing crap and thinking it's good stuff, and then gradually you get better at it." - Octavia E. Butler

    Welcome

I'm Kerry (She/Her/Hers) and I am a licensed therapist, group facilitator, poet, writer, & speaker. This is a place to acknowledge and validate our suffering and trauma, while also learning how to turn toward aliveness and spaciousness.
